ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES
Order Process:
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
- Verification & Processing: Orders are reviewed for accuracy and security.
In-stock items are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Made-to-order items are typically processed within 3-5 business days. - Dispatch & Shipping: Your order is shipped from our global warehouse via our trusted carriers.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer both Standard and Express Shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Handled by international postal services, including USPS, Australia Post, and Royal Mail, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, express orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or other leading couriers.
If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, in-stock items will be shipped first, and made-to-order items will follow in a separate shipment.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES
- Orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address (PO boxes and lockers are not supported for express shipping).
