We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns on non-customised items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Refunds will be 80% of the purchase price, with 20% covering restocking and processing fees.
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
To start a return, email returns@cyclewearcity.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
- Maximum refund: 80% of the purchase price
- Custom orders (including personalised text, thermal fleece additions, gender/length changes) are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds cannot be issued after 30-day return period has passed
- Financial institutions may take up to 7 business days to process refunds.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To start a return, email returns@cyclewearcity.com with:
- Your order number
- Details about your item and reason for return
- A photo of the issue (if applicable)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different size? No worries!

- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size.
- We offer a replacement at 80% off the original price to help cover costs.
- The exchange request must be for the same design, gender, and product type
To request an exchange, email returns@cyclewearcity.com with your order details and the size needed. All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email returns@cyclewearcity.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, we’ll email you a store credit code.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
